Guests can prepare their own meals or bring in an external caterer. A spacious flagstone patio extends the usable gathering space outdoors, with room for group dining and relaxed receptions.

The estate can accommodate groups of up to 44 guests, making it suitable for company retreats, family reunions, private celebrations and multi-day getaways. Accommodation includes the Main House, additional adobe guest rooms and a selection of suites, with private bathrooms available in the guest accommodation. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball, basketball and walking areas across the ranch.

For production teams, the property offers a distinctive filming and photography location. Its historic architecture, rural buildings, desert landscape, pastures and river surroundings provide a broad range of visual backdrops. The ranch has previously hosted major screen production and remains available for shoots and creative projects by arrangement.
