The Venue

The Venue is a flexible event centre in New Braunfels, Texas, designed for organisers planning weddings, corporate functions, meetings, training sessions, private parties and social celebrations. Its central location in Freiheit Village places guests close to hotels, restaurants, retail and bars, making it practical for both local gatherings and visitors travelling to the Texas Hill Country.

The main facility includes a 5,200-square-foot ballroom that can host up to 400 guests. The space can be divided into North and South Ballrooms for smaller events, with capacities of approximately 250 and 100 guests. Tables and banquet chairs are included, while the layout can be adapted for receptions, dinners, presentations, ceremonies and entertainment. A built-in stage, projector connections and house sound inputs support speeches, performances, award ceremonies and corporate presentations.

For smaller meetings and workshops, The Village, Hills and Trails rooms can be combined or used separately. These rooms accommodate groups of around 30 to 80 people, depending on the arrangement, and include access to presentation equipment, tables, chairs, wireless internet and an elevator. The venue also provides a catering preparation area with refrigeration, warming equipment, an ice machine and preparation tables. Food must be prepared off-site, but external caterers and bartending teams can use the facilities for staging and service.

Organisers can work with preferred suppliers or bring their own approved vendors. The Venue offers event hire, set-up and tear-down support, optional audio-visual services, accessible facilities and nearby parking. With its adaptable rooms and combination of event infrastructure, meeting amenities and celebration space, it can accommodate anything from an intimate gathering or business meeting to a large wedding reception or company event.
