Santiam Place LLC

Santiam Place is a welcoming wedding and event hall in Lebanon, Oregon, set in a renovated former church with a warm, intimate atmosphere. The venue provides flexible spaces for smaller celebrations, community occasions and business gatherings, with indoor capacity for up to 80 guests and outdoor options for events of up to around 100 to 120 people, depending on the layout and facilities required.

The venue is suitable for indoor and outdoor weddings, rehearsal gatherings, receptions, dinners, birthday parties, family reunions, company picnics, retreats, meetings, classes, forums, guest speakers, small concerts, fundraising events and memorial services. Its enclosed garden creates a useful outdoor setting for ceremonies, receptions and social events, while the building offers practical indoor facilities, a kitchen area, a small meeting room, an accessible entrance and an ADA restroom. Wedding bookings can also make use of separate preparation areas for the couple and their attendants.

Organisers can choose from shorter meeting and party bookings, intimate wedding packages and longer wedding reservations that allow time for set-up, rehearsals and clear-up. Catering is not provided in-house, but clients may bring their own food, arrange an external caterer or use the venue for self-catering within the stated rules. Alcohol may be permitted under the applicable conditions.

Santiam Place also rents event equipment for off-site celebrations. The hire range includes folding chairs, several table styles, tablecloths, napkins, chafing dishes, drink dispensers, coffee makers, decorations, arches and other useful party items. Delivery and collection may be available, giving organisers a practical local source for both venue hire and selected event essentials.
