Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake

Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake is a versatile event venue in Southlake, Texas, offering a wide selection of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings, conferences, celebrations and community events. Located close to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, hotels, restaurants and shopping, the venue is well placed for both local organisers and guests travelling from further afield.

The venue includes more than 23,000 square feet of adaptable event space. Traditions Ballroom provides nearly 5,000 square feet for weddings, galas, meetings and social functions, with room for up to 300 guests. It includes a built-in stage, covered patio, service bar and access to a preparation kitchen. The ballroom can also be divided into smaller sections for more flexible event layouts.

For smaller gatherings, Legacy Meeting Rooms can be arranged as one room for up to 60 guests or divided into three rooms for meetings, training sessions and breakout programmes. The Boardroom is designed for executive meetings and presentations of up to 14 people, with built-in projection and audio facilities. Club Lounge and Lounge & Parlor offer relaxed settings for private gatherings, hospitality areas and social events.

For larger outdoor occasions, Aria Amphitheater accommodates up to 1,500 guests on the lawn and includes a professional stage, built-in sound system, landscaped surroundings and access for food trucks and event suppliers. The venue also supports outdoor ceremonies for up to 300 seated guests.

Organisers can choose from hourly room hire, event packages or tailored combinations of spaces. Tables, chairs, linens, audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi, parking and venue support are available as part of the rental options. A dedicated venue team assists with tours, planning and event-day coordination.
