StoneHouse101 is an intimate indoor and outdoor event venue in the heart of historic Roslyn, Washington. Set inside a beautifully restored sandstone building dating from the late nineteenth century, the venue combines heritage character with practical facilities for modern celebrations. Its rustic architectural details, private garden setting and thoughtful event amenities create a distinctive backdrop for weddings, receptions and a wide range of private or professional gatherings.

The venue includes a welcoming reception area with a mobile bar, a spacious great room and a private, lighted outdoor yard surrounded by gardens. The indoor space can open directly onto the courtyard, giving organisers flexibility when planning the flow between ceremonies, drinks receptions, dining and dancing. Custom wooden farm tables, wine barrel cocktail tables, a pergola and seasonal features such as a fire pit or fountain are available to help shape the atmosphere.

StoneHouse101 hosts weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, baby showers, holiday parties, retirement gatherings, celebrations of life, non-profit events, work parties and meetings. From May to October, the venue can accommodate up to 120 guests, while winter bookings focus on the indoor space for smaller events. Wedding ceremonies can also be hosted on site, with a bridal preparation area shown in the venue gallery.

The rental package includes selected tables and chairs, with additional options such as glassware, tableware, decorations, tents and heaters available by arrangement. Organisers may choose their own photographers, florists and other suppliers, while catering must be selected from the venue’s preferred caterer list.
