1316 Jones is a distinctive wedding and event venue in Omaha’s historic Old Market district. Housed in a former Nut, Bolt & Screw Company building dating from 1889, the venue combines exposed cream brick, raw metal beams, generous natural light and an open industrial layout. Its characterful architecture provides an atmospheric setting for celebrations while leaving plenty of scope for personal styling and event production.

The space accommodates up to 300 seated guests or around 400 guests for a cocktail-style gathering. It can host wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, networking receptions, birthdays and other private celebrations. An outdoor deck extends the venue, providing additional space for drinks, photographs, fresh air and informal guest interaction.

Event organisers benefit from a dedicated venue manager who can assist with planning, layouts, timings and coordination. The venue includes tables, chairs, linens, table settings, portable bars, a dance floor, set-up, breakdown and post-event cleaning. Early access for decoration, supplier set-up and photographs can be arranged in advance, while one event is hosted per day.

Food and beverage services are provided through the venue’s in-house hospitality team. Organisers can choose from flexible catering formats, including plated meals, buffets, hors d’oeuvres and cocktail receptions, together with beer, wine, soft drinks and open bar packages.
