Portland Spirit

Portland Spirit offers a distinctive floating venue for private celebrations, corporate functions and wedding occasions on Portland’s Willamette River. Its fleet includes several purpose-built vessels, giving organisers a choice of settings for intimate receptions, formal dinners, company gatherings and larger celebrations.

The boats combine panoramic river views with enclosed, climate-controlled dining spaces, outdoor viewing decks, bars, sound systems and flexible layouts. Depending on the vessel selected, events can accommodate anything from smaller groups to several hundred guests. The largest yacht offers space for up to 499 passengers, while smaller boats provide a more intimate atmosphere for receptions, private dinners and compact gatherings.

Event packages can include a choice of Pacific Northwest cuisine, buffet or plated dining, hors d’oeuvres, full bar service, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and floorplan-based room setup. A dedicated event planner works with organisers on the arrangements, while the onboard captain, cruise director, galley team and service staff manage the experience during the sailing. Sound equipment and microphones are available for speeches, presentations and entertainment, and selected vessels feature built-in dance floors.

The venue is suited to company parties, employee appreciation events, fundraisers, school functions, anniversaries, birthdays and other private celebrations.
