Concourse Hall

Concourse Hall is a flexible event venue in Ann Arbor, Michigan, suitable for organisers planning wedding receptions, dance events, meetings, celebrations and other private or community gatherings. The hall offers approximately 3,200 square feet of usable space, giving organisers room to arrange dining, dancing, presentations or social activities in one adaptable setting.

A sprung maple floor makes the venue particularly well suited to dance-led events, while the large stage, upright piano and good acoustics support performances, live music, classes and presentations. The room has high ceilings, attractive windows and doors, modern energy-efficient lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, helping guests stay comfortable throughout the event.

Concourse Hall can accommodate up to 180 people, with tables and seating available for as many as 160 guests. Its warming kitchen is designed for catered functions and includes cooking, refrigeration, dish sanitising and coffee-making facilities. Crockery, glassware and cutlery are also available for larger gatherings, helping organisers simplify their event setup.

The venue provides barrier-free access and parking for approximately 80 cars. It is located near State Street, around one mile from Interstate 94 and opposite Ann Arbor airport, making it convenient for local and visiting guests from Ann Arbor, Saline, Pittsfield, Ypsilanti, Chelsea, Dexter and the wider Washtenaw County area.

Weekend hire is available for one-off or repeat use, with reservations handled directly by the venue team. Visits are arranged by appointment, allowing organisers to view the hall and discuss their requirements before booking.
