Madelon Turnhout is a versatile, trendy space in the centre of Turnhout.

Café Madelon is a funky venue with a view of the Zegeplein and access via Café De Zwarte Ruiter.

This urban jungle is well-equipped, including a professional sound system and a TV with a laptop connection. A DJ booth can also be installed.

The hall is ideal for receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, retirement parties, New Year's parties and corporate events in a cozy setting.

Various configurations are possible: Low tables combined with reception tables? Or perhaps a lounge area as well? Everything is negotiable.

For businesses, we can also transform the room into a square or U-shaped meeting room for up to 30 people. Coffee and water are included.

You are free to choose an external caterer.

We offer this in a Relax formula or a Work formula.

Relaxation package : We'll take care of everything: bar service, cleaning, and a complete lighting and sound system. You can simply play your own music via Bluetooth or opt for a DJ. You can rent a DJ booth (€125), or the DJ can bring everything. We can also recommend one of our resident DJs, if their schedule allows.
Work-based option : A DIY option where you're responsible for the bar and possibly the cleaning. You can use the sound system. You can rent a DJ booth (€125), or the DJ can bring everything. We can also recommend one of our resident DJs, if their schedule allows.

Club Madelon is our industrial-style Salle Noire. With a state-of-the-art sound system, DJ booth, and light show, it gives your party that little bit extra beyond your standard party venue.

The entrance is via the covered passageway next to café De Zwarte Ruiter.

Equipped with a long bar, two large LED TVs, a small stage, and a cloakroom, this room is ideal for your birthday party, bash, or your own nightlife event. Want to let loose on the dance floor with your colleagues?

BNP Paribas Fortis, AZ Turnhout, and … have already had a successful New Year's drink here.

A live band on stage. A photo booth at the entrance. We're happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

We can also combine Club Madelon with Café Madelon to create one large room for 300 people.

Deze urban jungle is goed uitgerust met oa. een professionele geluidsinstallatie en TV met aansluiting voor laptop. Mogelijkheid om plaatsen van een dj-booth.

De zaal leent zich goed voor recepties, verjaardagsfeesten, babyborrels, pensioenfeesten, nieuwjaarsfeesten & bedrijfsfeesten in een gezellig kader.

Er zijn verschillende opstellingen mogelijk: Lage tafels gecombineerd met receptie-tafels? Of wil je ook een salon? Alles is bespreekbaar.

Voor bedrijven toveren we de zaal eveneens om tot vergaderzaal in een vierkante of U opstelling tot 30 personen. Inclusief koffie & water.

Je bent vrij om te kiezen voor een externe cateraar.

We bieden dit aan in een Relax-formule of een Werk-formule.

Relax-formule: Wij zorgen voor alles: barbediening, schoonmaak en volledige licht- en geluidsinstallatie. Je kan gewoon je eigen muziek afspelen via bluetooth of kiezen voor een dj. Een dj booth kan je bijhuren. (€125) Of de dj brengt zelf alles mee. We kunnen ook een suggestie doen voor 1 van onze huis-dj’s. Indien hun agenda het toelaat.
Werk-formule: Een doe-het-zelf optie waarbij je zelf instaat voor de bar en eventueel de schoonmaak zelf doet. Je kan wel gebruik maken van de geluidsinstallatie. Een dj booth kan je bijhuren. (€125) Of de dj brengt zelf alles mee. We kunnen ook een suggestie doen voor 1 van onze huis-dj’s. Indien hun agenda het toelaat.

De ingang is via de overdekte gang naast café De Zwarte Ruiter.

Uitgerust met een lange bar, 2 grote Led-TV’s, een klein podium, een vestiaire is deze zaal ideaal voor je verjaardagsfeest, fuif of eigen nightlife-event. Eens losgaan op de dansvloer met de collega’s?
