Conceptboxes Events & Styling

Conceptboxes is an event styling agency and rental company based in Lommel, in the north of Belgian Limburg. We style weddings, garden parties, anniversaries, receptions, product launches, and client days in Belgium and the Netherlands, from ceremony to dance floor and from reception table to staff party.

Every party with us starts with a consultation and a mood board. Twenty themed atmospheres form the starting point, from Eucalyptus & Cotton and Blush & Roses to Gold & Black or Rainbow & Confetti. From there, we create a custom plan with a fixed-price quote. On the day itself, the same stylist who created the plan is on location: we set up before the guests arrive and clear everything away the next day. This way, you can simply be the host.

All materials come from our own collection: tableware and cutlery, table linens, candlesticks and lanterns, vases, flowers and greenery, backdrops and arches, tables and chairs, lighting and sound, and a children's corner. This collection can also be rented individually via our webshop, per item and at a daily rate. You can pick up in person at the studio in Lommel; on-site delivery is available throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

For seasonal occasions such as Valentine's Day, Easter, and Christmas, we always have suitable decorations in stock. With ConceptPics, our own photo service, your guests can collect all the photos from the party via a single QR code.
