The Grote Kerk Academy House in Zwolle is an impressive venue in the heart of the historic city center. This late medieval church, Zwolle's largest national monument, offers a beautiful ambiance for a variety of gatherings. Under its magnificent vaults, you can offer your guests an unforgettable experience, combining history and contemporary possibilities. The Academy House is suitable for conferences, lectures, concerts, meetings, dinners, and receptions for groups of 8 to 1200 people. Our professional team is happy to assist you in organizing your event.

Academiehuis Grote Kerk has various rooms that can be used for your meeting, conference, gathering or lecture.

With us, anything is possible. Together with our in-house kitchen, catering partners, and AV partners, we ensure your event is perfectly organized.

The Academiehuis is suitable for cultural, social, and business events and gatherings, in keeping with our identity. Despite its spaciousness and grandeur, we choose not to promote ourselves through parties and events (with DJs and/or bands). The monumental character and acoustics don't lend themselves to this.
