Rent a party room in Rotterdam

The Topfeestzaal is a unique turnkey party venue in Rotterdam Nesselande. The spacious hall with its high ceilings immediately creates an atmospheric atmosphere and is perfect for a variety of parties. Whether it's a celebration, a corporate event, a creative workshop, or a drinks reception, our venue provides the perfect setting for up to approximately 60 people.

You can also fully customize the venue and expand it with additional options like balloon decorations, lighting and sound, a photo booth, a punching bag machine, bouncy castles, fun food (cotton candy, popcorn, mini pancakes), a chip stand, a pizza and pasta food truck, a BBQ trailer, and various other party rental items. This way, you can arrange everything from one location , taking the hassle out of your party!

Space & facilities

Our party room can accommodate approximately 50–60 people and is equipped with a sound system with microphone as standard.

There's a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. You can bring your own food and drinks; beer, wine, and light alcoholic beverages are permitted (no spirits) .

• 6 round tables (5 persons per table)
• 50 chairs

Customisation is also possible for a more extensive or luxurious setting.

Rates

The hall can be rented on Wednesdays and Fridays to Sundays between 10am and midnight.

• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: €125 per hour
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM: €150 per hour
• Minimum rental: 5 hours or €600
• Cleaning costs: €50
