At De Oesterbazen, it’s not just about oysters, it’s about the total experience. Our experienced oyster peelers add a touch of refinement and exclusivity to any event, while your guests enjoy the delicious fresh opened oysters. Our team moves among the guests and opens the oyster live, giving them a unique experience that they won’t soon forget. We also like to work together to adapt our service to the style and atmosphere of your event. Our mission is to make this beautiful seafood accessible to everyone. We want to break the stigma that oysters are only for the elite. By pricing our oysters competitively, we give everyone the chance to enjoy a delicious fresh oyster.

Make your event unforgettable with The Oyster Bosses. Our oystermen (Oyster Bosses) and oysterwomen (Oyster Bosses) will open fresh oysters live for your guests, stylishly served with a classic vinaigrette or toppings specially developed by our Michelin-starred chef.
Or choose our mobile oyster bar as a real eye-catcher on location. Always all-inclusive, including oysters, garnishes, and a smile. 😁
