Hello,
My name is Kalai, I am an Indian from southern India and I simply want to come and discover my cuisine at your festival.
On my stand, I offer a different Thali every day with a base of fragrant rice, seasonal vegetables and a dhal. I accompany it all with a hint of slightly spiced lemon ourka, an onion raita and a chapati. (Indian bread). All served in a cardboard bowl with a wooden spoon.
I make my spices myself in my lab in Junas and I also design my Achard or Ourka condiments that I sell in delicatessens in my region, but also on stands.
