On Thursday, April 23, we organized our conference at Kinepolis, and it was a very successful experience. We booked a cinema hall for 200 people and used the loft as a space for reception, the drinks, and breaks. Everything went exceptionally smoothly and professionally.
The collaboration with Kaat and the technician was excellent: they were helpful and flexible, allowing us to focus fully on the conference itself.
Conclusion: We are very satisfied and will likely book this location again in the future. Highly recommended for professional events and conferences!
