After spending more than 15 years in the rock environment and having played shows with Golden Earring, Anne Clarke, Fisher-Z, Dog eat Dog & The Sweet, singer Tom Vos decided to take a new dance direction. Last year he joined the cover band Tracy Lane, formerly Zippo Band with Dave Franckx on drums, David Coomans bass and keys Jeroen Homblé & Tom became the front-man successor to Idol finalist 2004 Wouter De Clerck. The gentlemen got everyone dancing from multinationals such as Coca Cola, Ikea, Danone, InBev, but also the festivalgoers of the Gentse Feesten, Primusfeesten & Genk on stage. On the bass we have David, preferably with a Fender Jazz Bass or Musicman in hand. With his bass guitar he has been traversing all the stages of our country for 40 years, has played -in addition to Tracy Lane- with Clouseau , The Radios, Magical Flying Thunderbirds, Caren Meynen, Loes Vandenheuvel , Sandrine, Roel Vanderstukken & Rubbel Soul. Jeroen also breathes music. From the age of 7 you could already find him behind the piano and soon he started as a keyboardist in various bands, including 'The Incredible Time Machine', Camping Esmeralda (around Rob Vanoudenhoven), the live band of Dean (winner idol 2007) and Tracy Lane. It looks like Dave was born with sticks in hand. After some adolescent bands came the more serious work: Carpe Noctem, The Troubles, Zippo band, Roel Vanderstukken , Sandrine, Milk Inc, Raymond van het Groenewoud , Soulsister and to complete the list Tracy Lane. On the guitar they are joined by Kristof Neyens, a graduate of Berkeley College. He was taught by the greats and recently released the book 'The Neo-soul Guitar book' together with guitarist Marc Lettieri (Snarky Puppy).
