The pure whey feeling: Unique team building package at the Sint-Jozefhoeve farm in Balen

The pure whey feeling is a completely original developed concept (and unique in its kind!) of team building for companies, schools and associations (from 10 to a maximum of 120 people), whereby the rural experience (the pure whey feeling) the red thread.

The Sint-Jozefhoeve is an active family farm of the third generation that places a high value on quality: witness the excellent figures regarding milk production, cleanliness of the farm and surroundings

Unique and original concept

Due to their recent investments in meeting accommodation, there was a demand from the business community to organize team building events. Luc and Marina, however, could not agree with the meager existing offer that mainly emphasized the cliché image of agriculture (with hay and wheelbarrows, jumping over canals, ...). They then went to product developers with their idea and had some original pasture games developed:

the chicken tower
the root course
the cow popping
the pear pick
the falling apples
the mole run
yawning sheep

Each of these games refer to parts of agricultural and rural life. They each tell a story and are played in groups on a meadow right next to Sint-Jozefhoeve. A 'dairy farm test', 'the beastly brain' can also be linked to these games. The project therefore falls entirely under the heading of active rural recreation in which the educational theme in a playful way is the common thread.

Raising awareness and relaxation go hand in hand

In this way, the participant can get a better picture of the reality of life on a farm. Of course with the necessary humor, self-perspective and a nice wink. In this way sensitization, fun and relaxation go hand in hand. Coupled with a healthy competitive urge in groups, this 'pure whey feeling' will give the participants an unforgettable day.
