Workshop Communication & amp; Collaborate June 27, 2019
The aim of the program was to spend a full day with all staff members and to exchange ideas about communication and cooperation, with a focus on behavior. A special task for a group that usually fills the day selling, designing and building technical equipment. The “soft” side is pretty much overshadowed by the “hard” technology and processes. Humor in Bedrijf was approached to guide us through the day as a kind of guide. They managed to get the group moving surprisingly quickly and everyone was successfully challenged to participate in a positive way and to give substance to topics such as giving feedback, taking responsibility and not giving up and giving and accepting help. The profit achieved is awareness. We hope that every employee now has that voice in their head to ensure that positivity will predominate, both when receiving and providing information. And that this can all be done with a joke, has already been shown in practice many times during the day

We were looking for an educational team outing for our service and project managers to break safe patterns, make more use of each other and strengthen each other. I was quite afraid that the hall would not get going properly, but really, you can poke that fine until they get loose! In my opinion, the result is that compared to previous years there was more sharing and conversation after the performance, people were looser!
