Independent caterer for 23 years. The passion for cooking, baking bread,
fishing and boating are now thrown together in this project.
There has been a love for the oyster for quite some time. From cultivation to harvest, we follow all steps closely
and even participate in this.
This is how love turned into a passion for this product.
From the cabane on wheels you can imagine yourself on Zeeland beaches.
The oyster table or fisherman's table is overloaded with fresh oysters or seafood
from Yerseke or Zeebrugge. Straight to your party.
Or you can book me as your oysterman among your guests.
Sourdough bread? I also bake that myself. We provide algae butter as standard.
We cater for all types of events. from your wedding to metal festivals. Every occasion deserves delicious oysters.
From lightly flavored oysters to the pure product itself!!
