Provinciaal Sport- en Recreatiecentrum De Nekker

This beautiful recreation park of 65 hectares is easily accessible via the N-15 and is equipped with a large free parking and bicycle parking. City line 2 has its terminus for the access of the Nekker.

De Nekker is relaxation for the whole family. You will find an attractive water and sand playground, a delightful swimming pond with a sandy beach and sunbathing area, and various picnic areas.

A stone's throw from Mechelen, De Nekker offers the perfect location for every occasion. In the domain there are well-kept indoor and outdoor sports and leisure facilities. A good and modern cafeteria makes every event a real feast. There is also a sports accommodation and two comfortable hiker's cabins.
