We see an event as a fully-fledged instrument with which companies can communicate with their target groups (employees / suppliers / customers). Everything starts with a conversation in which we listen to your wishes and your objectives when setting up some event (ie the wishes of the "client"). The more detailed this briefing, the better we can do our work for you. The importance of this "listening" phase can hardly be overestimated. We then do a "research" into possible partners who are involved in a particular concept that is discussed together: the rough plan or the "model". Our added value lies in the quality of our network "supplier-partners" (locations-caterers-animations-artists, etc.), the creative way in which we deal with this and a meticulous follow-up before and on "E-day" the day of the event followed by an evaluation afterwards. A relational database, custom developed by Accent Events, serves as an instrument to bring complex projects to a successful conclusion. Geographically, our expertise is focused on Belgium and our neighboring countries. We have been working in this way for more than 15 years.
