As B2B Sales Support you are responsible for:
- Sales administration & support;
- sales accounting;
- B2B marketing follow-up.
Your core activities:
- You act as the right hand of the sales team;
- Finds possible leads for the salespeople & independently prepares prospect lists;
- Delivery of sales material for sellers & administrative support;
- Quotations & management of national B2B orders;
- You ensure the practical follow-up of our national partners;
- Taking care of internal communication;
- Provide support on our B2B social media channels.
- You have a bachelor's degree in communication or business management;
- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus, but not a must.
- You are an administrative centipede with numerical insight;
- You are proactive with a view to supporting the (Key) Account Managers & Support Manager & B2B Sales Manager;
- You have the necessary stress resistance, flexibility and punctuality;
- You can communicate fluently (also in writing) in both Dutch and English, French is certainly an extra asset;
- You are a socially skilled team player who can still work independently;
- You are excellent with MS Office & CRM systems.
