The tight budget, exceptionally varied audience and the short preparation time certainly had something to do with this. However, Bluepoint has been extremely flexible, thought in terms of solutions and that translated into day 2 that already ran much smoother. As a one stop shop, she provided us with pre-recorded content, live interpreters, catering and gifts delivered to our home (njam!), A webpage that tied the whole together and excellent follow-up. We learned a lot together!
