Jolicious catering was born in 2012, a year before the arrival of the food truck. I just came back to Belgium after 8 years of sailing around the world, first working on deck then as a chef. On those trips I have been able to taste many cultures. Literally and figuratively. At the same time I followed several cooking courses.
The passion for food grew and by the time I returned to Belgium I had already gained some experience. I wanted to continue to use this and my knowledge of 'world cuisine', which is how I founded Jolicious.
The food truck was a logical consequence in order to appeal to a larger audience. The Jolicious food truck is a beautifully restored 1969 Renault Estafette and thus forms a beautiful decor for your party. From the food truck I serve wraps with all kinds of fresh vegetables with chicken, lamb or vegetarian with feta cheese. But also walking dinners with refined dishes or a 'high tea' concept with both savory and sweet treats on the floor.
Everything home made and fresh, that is the slogan of Jolicious. In the meantime, the Jolicious food truck is no longer only used at events, but it is also in great demand at weddings and corporate parties.
