De Vis is our stylish meeting room in the old fish smokehouse. Here you meet on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the St. Rumbold's Tower and Lamot. The room is 49m² and has a capacity of 20 people. All modern facilities to meet your professional needs are available: 2 flipcharts, beamer, notepads, writing utensils, an apple for thirst and free WIFI. In between you enjoy a delicious coffee break with luxurious refreshments, coffee, different kinds of tea, fruit juice and fresh fruit. During the afternoon you can enjoy a delicious sandwich lunch with fresh soup, various wraps, a hot buffet, ...
De Sigaar is our unique meeting room in the old cigar factory, on the ground floor. The room has daylight, is 20m² and has a capacity of up to 10 people. The Cigar is also suitable for receptions, break-out rooms, ... All modern facilities to meet your professional needs are available: flipcharts, beamer, notepads, writing utensils, an apple for thirst and free WIFI.
In between you enjoy a delicious coffee break with luxurious refreshments, coffee, different kinds of tea, fruit juice and fresh fruit.

Team building event
We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the Cigar room. The service was punctual and the team like the idea to have the lunch in the room.
I really recommend that hotel for events.
Brainstorm session
Had a good brainstorming session in hotel Vé. Friendly welcome, meeting room with a great view of Mechelen. The tasty snacks during the coffee break helped us to focus on the essentials. Worth repeating.
