Event Safe event insurance insures you if something goes wrong during your event. Perhaps there is damage to material or to the hall or someone of the attendees or volunteers gets hurt. The organization is then held responsible. So whether you are a private person, an association or a non-profit organization, if you organize an event, it is best to also take out event insurance to protect yourself and your volunteers.
Event Safe consists of the Civil Liability insurance as standard, but for the rest you can put together your event insurance yourself. You also choose the period in which Event Safe applies. We also insure your event during construction and demolition work.

Please note: certain risks are excluded, such as intentional damage by an insured, damage due to gross negligence, incapacity for work, damage due to the practice of dangerous sports and damage to movable property.
The event insurance Event Safe is a liability insurance and an accident insurance from Baloise and a legal expenses insurance from Euromex. This event insurance has a maximum term of 1 month. The duration of the insurance depends on the duration of the event and is stated in the Special Conditions. It is a contract subject to Belgian law. Do you have a complaint?
