Soaring ceilings and lofted mezzanines lend an airy, open layout as clerestory windows flood the space with natural daylight. Flowy floor-to-ceiling retractable drapery allows the main floor to be separated into three areas, as needed, and add a soft, organic texture against the raw steel staircase, early industrial architecture, and windowed atrium built into the space. The lofted level features an open mezzanine as well as closed conference room spaces. East-facing windows on the second level offer views of the skyline and railroad tracks. There are two stylishly appointed dressing lounges on-site that can be used as green rooms or breakout rooms. The event space can accommodate up to 250 guests for a ceremony + reception and up to 400 for a cocktail-style event.
