I am working on an application with this caterer. Communication is a weak point that needs to be addressed. After 2 weeks still no answer to emails. After telephone contact I received the promise that I would still have it the day itself, but then 2 days later I would not have a quote, while I have to answer my customers. Even though the food is very good, this makes cooperation difficult.

Ik ben bezig met een aanvraag bij deze cateraar. De communicatie is een zwak punt waar aan gewerkt moet worden. Na 2 weken nog steeds geen antwoord op mails. Na telefonisch contact de belofte gekregen dat ik het de dag zelf nog zou hebben, maar dan 2 dagen later nog geen offerte hebben, terwijl ik mijn klanten moet antwoord geven. Ook al is het eten zeer goed, dit bemoeilijkt de samenwerking.
